This is the route that I did on Sunday. About half of it is on Blue River Rd, which has turned out to be about my favorite road to ride on in this area. Although Blue River Rd has no shoulder at all, it also has almost no traffic at all. On Sunday around noon, I only had one car pass me in my direction all the way from Gregory to Red Bridge Rd. The lack of traffic may partly have to with the fact that Blue River Rd is closed to cars from 95th to probably 100th or so. An entire lane of it has dropped over a foot down. Still easy to bike on though, and I actually did see one car take the road anyway and stay on the high lane.
Minor Park has a lot of mountain bike trails if you're riding a mountain bike. If you go into the parking loop by the tennis courts, you can get on the trail from there. Its hard to see, but back a ways in the grass there is a big white sign marking the trail. I got on (on mountain bike) and rode it north for less than a mile before it comes out at another part of the park.
